Tatyana Ali has had a busy weekend!
On Friday, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star, filed papers to sue Warner Bros, claiming that they stole the idea for The Real from her.

According to the court documents, Ali approached Warner Bros in 2012 with an idea for a show featuring “an eclectic group of engaging female celebrity hosts, each aged within their 20s and 30s” in a “relaxed and informal setting.” Although they discussed the idea for months, it was ultimately panned.
But then, in 2013, The Real aired for the first time and made its successful debut in 2014 after the test run. Now the show has been extended to 2018. Ali claims that The Real was a “a direct production of the concept” that she had discussed for months with Warner Bros.

On Sunday, Ali tied the knot with Dr. Vaughn Rasberry, as reported by People.
Ali described the wedding as having an “upscale Caribbean vibe,” and she said that she wanted to keep the celebration relatively small and intimate.
“It’s just a little over a hundred people,” she said. “It’s our closest friends and family and that obviously includes a lot of people that I worked with over the years.”
She said that the focus of her day was just on trying to experience every single moment.
“What I’ve heard from a lot of friends and people that have gone through weddings, is that it goes by fast,” she said. “I hope that we really get to savor every moment – just talking about all the things that we experienced and got to see and what people did and what they talked about. I hope that we don’t feel like, ‘Oh my god, it happened and now it’s done.’ I hope that we’re relaxed and kind of centered enough to really experience it.”
And while she wasn’t at all stressed about the day, there was just one thing that the bride and groom disagreed over: the cake.
“I love chocolate and Vaughn loves Vanilla so we’re having a tiered cake,” she said. “I’m not into his cake and he’s not into mine! So, we get to share!”
