Food Network star celebrates, falls flat on his face
Jernard Wells was one of four final contestants on The Next Food Network Star, but when it came time for the “Chef of Love” to find out his fate, he couldn’t quite contain his excitement.
The final contestants were competing for a spot in the finale, wherein finalists will shoot a “pilot” at complete a short show on Tuesday mornings.

When it was time for Wells to learn about his placement, he was so excited that he did a cartwheel. But when he tried to do a somersault next, he didn’t quite stick the landing.
