Comedian Lavell Crawford reveals dramatic weight loss

At this year’s Neighborhood Awards in Las Vegas, Lavell Crawford shocked everyone when he took the stage and showed off his dramatic weight loss.

He had previously announced that he was looking to get some serious help to combat his weight problems, and it looks like that help definitely paid off, if his new waistline is any indication.

Earlier this year, Crawford said in an interview with Sway in the Morning that he was looking to improve his health not only for himself but for his family: “I’m 47 and I’ve got a beautiful 5-year-old son that I want to be around for. I’ve got a beautiful wife that I want to be here for. I don’t want to leave her hanging.”

In March, Crawford underwent a gastric sleeve operation, and he has since lost over 120 pounds.
