Diddy donates $1M to Howard University students who can’t pay off debt
On Thursday night, Diddy gifted $1 million to Howard University and said that it was for “anybody who can't pay off their financial aid.”

On Thursday night, Diddy gifted the amount to Howard University and said that it was for “anybody who can’t pay off their financial aid.”
While the scheduled for Diddy’s appearance at the Verizon Center in D.C. did say that he would be giving some kind of gift, no one knew about the donation itself until it happened.
In 2014, Diddy received an honorary doctorate from Howard, where he attended college in the 90s but later dropped out.
