Our favorite “woke” actor is at it again.
Jesse Williams is featured in a new PSA explaining why it’s important to vote this election. (Warning: you will be moved.)
The creative mind behind the PSA is screen writer and film and television director Joss Whedon.
Whedon has plans to release several videos that include high profile actors and actresses. He asked Williams to join in because of his track record of activism.
“All the issues that Jesse talks about are not being talked about in the press,” Whedon told theGrio.com. “[This [new ad] is about a conversation, about conversation between someone who cares enough to try and help the community and somebody who has figured out that that’s what they need to do.”
