Is ‘Luke Cage’ too black? Some white people think so

Though the Netflix series “Luke Cage” appears to be so popular that it temporarily shut down the TV streaming service’s website, some white people are not happy about the successful Marvel show’s predominantly black cast.

Users on Twitter slammed the superhero series, arguing that its mostly African-American ensemble based in a very black Harlem is “reverse racism.”

“Lack of white people in Luke Cage makes me uncomfortable. This show is racist, how is this on Netflix???” tweeted one Twitter user.

Of course, there were black users ready to let white people have it on Twitter.

Despite a few haters online, the series seems to be dominating streams and is considered a hit among most Marvel fans.
