Packers’ Jared Cook reveals Buffalo Wild Wings came with chicken’s head
Green Bay Packers tight end said he went to Buffalo Wild Wings to get some lemon pepper wings, but when he opened the box there was a chicken's head inside.
Green Bay Packers tight end Jared Cook said that he had gone to a Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday to get some lemon pepper wings, but when he opened the box there was a chicken’s head inside.
“Tongue, eyes, and beak all present. With extra seasoning,” Cook recalled.
When he told a staffer about the issue, the response was simply, “Sorry unfortunately this happens because the chicken is fresh.”
After TMZ posted the story, Buffalo Wild Wings responded by saying, “Buffalo Wild Wings takes food preparation, service and quality extremely seriously and we are looking into this situation. We’ve reached out to Jared Cook and our suppliers for more information.”
