A Hundred Streets, a drama starring Idris Elba, is headed to the United States.
Samuel Goldwyn Films picked up the USA rights to the British drama, which is set in contemporary London. The story gets its title from the one hundred streets that intersect the setting as characters from so many different walks of life make major life choices and changes that intersect with each other over the streets in which they are set.
The film made its World Premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival in June, and it is expected to hit U.S. theaters in early 2017.
