The singer wore a heart monitor during her stop in Savannah, Georgia, on Saturday night for her “The Hits Tour.”

The monitor, which she wore strapped to her chest, is reportedly to detect chest pain as well as heart attacks and strokes. She is supposed to wear it 24/7 after two lupus scares that left her hospitalized.
Despite her health, though, she was determined to perform, and she sounded amazing!
