The concert rally will be held at Cleveland State University as the Clinton campaign makes a final push on the weekend before Election Day to get voters out to the polls. The concert, which is focused on getting out the African-American and millennial vote, is part of an attempt to help Clinton win Ohio, an important swing state where Donald Trump is leading in the polls.
