Paree La’Tiejira, aka Lady Paree, a former porn star, is suing Facebook for $1 billion after she says that she received numerous death threats on the site over incorrect claims made on the social media site that she was born a man.

However, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has asked that the suit be dismissed and that La’Tiejira be compelled to pay his legal fees, claiming that the content generated by Facebook users is not the responsibility of the site itself.

“Facebook Defendants have no duty to prevent or remove potentially harmful user-generated content, so it cannot be held liable by La’Tiejira,” Zuckerberg said.

The Facebook comments came from a 2009 lawsuit that La’Tiejira filed against Leisure Time Entertainment and a man named Mark C Carriere for defamatory statements made claiming that La’Tiejira had been born with both male and female parts.

La’Tiejira is currently unemployed and claims that she has been assaulted by fans since the statements were made, with one fan assaulting her with a knife and slicing open her face. The incident, she claims, left her requiring cosmetic surgery as well as 150 stitches, and she claims the scar is still visible from the attack.
