Tafuto claims that Trump is intimidating the voters by refusing to say that he will accept the results of the election, a claim that Tafuto says threatens “the core of the democratic way of life.”

What’s more, Tafuto claims that he has suffered severe emotional distress because he has been “denied the choice of an honest and capable Republican candidate.”
Tafuto has named not only Trump but also Mike Pence and Reince Priebus in his suit.
