George Zimmerman was kicked out of a Florida cigar bar after using racial slurs and shouting at a waitress.

According to a Seminole County Sheriff’s Office report, authorities were asked to come to Corona Cigar Co. outside Orlando for a different incident, but while the officer was there, Manager Angel Benitez said that staff asked the officer to remove Zimmerman for yelling at a waitress.

“We don’t tolerate any racial or bad behavior so that’s why we trespassed him,” Benitez explained.

An employee claimed that Zimmerman ripped a credit card from her hand when she was trying to collect a bill, and when he was being escorted out, he could be heard to say, “I didn’t know you were a (racial expletive) lover.”

After Zimmerman was removed from the cigar bar, he claimed that he was assaulted by a black man inside the bar. However, video footage shows that the man had simply come up to Zimmerman to say hello and tried to shake his hand before tapping him on the shoulder when Zimmerman ignored him.
