ISIS commander: Trump will make our job ‘much easier’

Abu Omar Khorasani, a top ISIS commander in Afghanistan, says that Donald Trump is “a complete maniac” and that his recent election as the president-elect of the United States will only help ISIS’ cause.
Khorasani went on to say that Trump’s victory would be used as a propaganda tool in order to recruit youth in the West who are disaffected by the election results.
“His utter hate towards Muslims will make our job much easier because we can recruit thousands,” Khorasani explained.
He went on to say that while Barack Obama was a moderate infidel, he at least had a little brain compared to Donald Trump. “Our leaders were closely following the US election but it was unexpected that the Americans will dig their own graves and they did so,” he said.

Already, Trump has been featured in an ISIS recruitment video in which they claim responsibility for the Brussels attacks. In the video, Trump can be seen to go up in flames while speaking about Brussels, which he describes as having been a “horror show.”
Trump’s campaign statements have also been used by the extremist, including his call in late 2015 for a ban on Muslims entering the United States.
“He does not differentiate between extremist and moderate Islamist trends and, at the same time, he overlooks (the fact) that his extremism will generate extremism in return,” Iraqi Shi’ite Muslim cleric Moqtada al-Sadr said in a statement.
The militant group is expected to respond to Trump’s first speeches as president and use his words in as many ways as they can to drum up support.
