Ceola Waddell Jr. has been living under a freeway in Los Angeles for the past six months, and he has turned it into his own personal “paradise,” complete with makeshift Jacuzzi and a four-poster bed.

Waddell’s home has since become a tourist attraction, and he even has a virtual tour posted to Facebook.

“You have now entered Paradise Lane. Let me give you a little tour,” he says in the tour. “This here is my jacuzzi, it holds 10 gallons of water. All it is is a refrigerator on its bottom. I’m being innovative.”

He then takes the tour into his bedroom, saying, “Come on down, you have now entered the man cave. This is where my quarters are.”

Waddell even has a guest room and a tent, which he rents out to other homeless people in the area for $25 per week. The guest room also has a ‘jacuzzi’ and a bed and toilet.

However, city officials have been alerted to the site and have dismantled it twice, saying that it is unsafe. Officials claim that they have offered assistance to Waddell, but he has refused, preferring to live where he is.
