According to TMZ, sources close to the two of them claimed that Kardashian was “an emotional wreck” after the robbery in Paris but has shifted her focus entirely after West was hospitalized.

Her husband is suffering from paranoia and has accused many people of trying to destroy his marriage to Kardashian because of it. TMZ reports that his ranting and paranoia has been painful for Kardashian to watch, though she has continued to maintain a vigil beside him at the UCLA Medical Center over the past week.
“She has been an unbelievably devoted spouse. He’s a lucky man,” said one source.

West was hospitalized after suffering a mental breakdown last week. Prior to his hospitalization, he had gone on several public rants, including one in which he claimed that he would have voted for Donald Trump had he voted in the 2016 presidential election and another in which he called out Beyonce and Jay Z for allegedly not being there for him before abruptly canceling the rest of his performance and then the rest of his “Saint Pablo” tour.
