Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian don’t want Blac Chyna to take on the family name when she marries Rob Kardashian despite giving birth to his baby, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Although Chyna had filed to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian” so that she can use it for working in entertainment and social media, the three sisters are filing to cut her off.

They claim that allowing Chyna to take on the Kardashian name will cause their brand to “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” What’s more, they say that Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of their name.

The move comes two weeks after Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, who had allegedly been trying to get close to the Kardashian family, took to Instagram to unleash on the reality TV clan after having been called a “loose cannon” during the trailer for their reality show.

“A Lose Canon? Since I am the topic of y’all conversation to be demonized!! Really my n—a?” she wrote on Instagram, specifically calling out Rob Kardashian for the choice of language in the trailer. “No your entire family are lose canons boy! Think about it! Don’t ever come for me again @robkardashian to Scott ass or nobody else!”
