Body found in San Diego Bay ID’d as missing Navy wife

A body was pulled from the San Diego Bay in California has been identified as Elizabeth Sullivan, aNavy wife and mother of two who went missing in 2014.

On Oct. 5, a body was pulled from the San Diego Bay in California, and it has now been officially identified as being Elizabeth Sullivan, a missing Navy wife and mother of two.

Police confirmed on Wednesday that the body had been identified as Sullivan’s.

Sullivan was last seen in October of 2014, and the last contact anyone had with her is said to be a text message sent on Oct. 13.

Sullivan was featured on Dateline’s “Missing in America” series in December 2014. The investigation is still ongoing as to how Sullivan ended up in the bay.
