Issa Rae has just snagged her first ever Golden Globe nomination.

Rae was nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy/Musical Series for her role in “Insecure,” and the nomination is the first for the former YouTube star. It is also the only nomination for “Insecure,” which just finished its first season.

We hope that this is just the beginning for both Rae and her comedy series!
