Prince reportedly owes lawyer $600K in 2006 divorce

Prince may be dead, but he still owes a West Palm Beach divorce lawyer almost $600,000.

Patrick Cousins, who is a part of Cousins Law Firm, has now filed a claim with the rock star’s estate. He claims that he was the one who handled Prince’s divorce from his wife Manuela Testolini back in 2006.

Even though ten years has passed, the lawyer has yet to collect his fee.

According to Cousins, he and Prince agreed that the bill would not be paid until the entire divorce was completed.

For some reason, the divorce was only finalized on April 1. It is unclear why it took so long for the divorce to become final.

Prince died of an overdose on April 21 of this year.
