Cuba Gooding Jr. files for divorce

Cuba Gooding Jr. has officially filed for divorce from Sara Kapfer.

Nearly two years ago, Kapfer started proceedings, and now it looks like Gooding is on board as well, TMZ reported Thursday. The two had been married since 1994 but have been separated for a couple years now.

Gooding is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 10-year-old daughter and will be offering spousal support. But since the two of them split in 2014, Gooding is asking that any money he made since the split, including the money he made from “The People v. O.J. Simpson,” should stay with him.
