Stacey Dash no longer has a job at Fox News after the network declined to renew her contract, making the actress a prime target on social media.
Dash will not be rejoining the conservative news giant after two years of serving as one of few African-American commentators. Her time on the network saw her in the hot seat over controversial comments made against former President Barack Obama, as well as statements regarding race and the Black Lives Matter movement.
Naturally, Black Twitter saw the news of Dash’s departure from Fox News as an opportunity to celebrate.
Dash has yet to make an official statement on her exit.
