After Trey Songz suggested that he helped boost Nicki Minaj’s career during an interview with The Breakfast Club, Minaj took to Twitter to return some subtle shade.
“Barbz, could 1 of you send me a list of all my opening acts I’ve ever had on American & World Tours? thx – onika tanya maraj,” she tweeted on Sunday.

Within minutes, fans began tweeting the names of artists who opened for the rapper’s national and international tours, and of course, the list included Trey Songz himself.
Recently, Songz accused Minaj of disrespecting him when she called him out for not coming to defend her honor when Remy Ma suggested that the two of them had slept together in the diss record “SHether.” During the online exchange, Minaj suggested that it was her who gave the singer a multi-platinum record with their collaboration for “Bottoms Up.”
Trey, to the contrary, said that it was Minaj’s guest feature on his song that made her career. Looks like Minaj begs to differ.
