An Ohio woman has been arrested and charged with raping a male taxi driver.

On January 28, a taxi was called to pick up three people from a local hotel, including Brittany Carter and Corey Jackson. Once inside the taxi, Carter allegedly performed a sex act on the driver while Jackson held a knife to his throat to force him to submit. The three passengers allegedly stole $32 from the driver and then fled.

“We don’t know why she did it,” Findlay Lt. Robert Ring told the News-Messenger. “Maybe it was a distraction because they took money from him.”

Carter has been arrested and charged with first-degree rape and aggravated robbery. Jackson faces charges of aggravated robbery and complicity to commit rape, but he has not been apprehended. As for the third passenger, Hancock County Prosecutor Phil Riegle has said that he does not anticipate that charges will be laid against him.
