According to TMZ’s report of the divorce documents, Williams is filing for joint custody with Drake-Lee of their two children, aged 1 and 3.
The site also reported that Williams has asked the court to deny Drake-Lee any spousal support, and while that can sometimes indicate that there was a pre-nup, TMZ reported that there was no such agreement in place for the two of them.
Williams and Drake-Lee were married in 2012, but the divorce documents reportedly do not list a date of separation.
