Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

On Tuesday, Patti Labelle was holding a book signing for Desserts LaBelle when she was ambushed by anti-fur protesters at Barnes & Noble.

As had happened to Kelly Rowland earlier this month and Kylie Jenner just last week, the protesters had posed as fans who wanted to take a picture with her before pulling out their protest signs and shouting, “Patti LaBelle has blood on her hands!”

Security at Barnes & Noble eventually kicked out the protesters.
