Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

A woman in Charleston, South Carolina, ripped a Confederate flag tag off of a truck and reportedly backed into the driver as well.

Ann Lee Walters stopped her car when she saw the tag in downtown Charleston and ripped it off of the truck. The driver of the truck tried to get her license plate number, and as he was doing so, she backed into him, causing minor injuries. However, the man does not believe that she intentionally backed into him, according to WCBD.

Now, Walters faces charges of vandalism as well as leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.
