Bishop Eddie Long hit with posthumous tax lien

Bishop Eddie Long has been dead for six months, but that didn’t stop the IRS from hitting him with a posthumous tax lien for $335,000 in back taxes.

According to documents obtained by Bossip, the IRS is asking for $335,216.34 from Long’s estate. After he died of cancer a few months ago, he left behind his wife, Vanessa, and his children, who are now left to deal with this tax lien from the Department of Treasury’s Small Business/Self-Employed department.

If his estate doesn’t come up with the back taxes, the IRS can seize assets, cash, and properties in order to get what it is owed.
