On Sunday, Melissa Meeks, the wife of “prison bae” Jeremy Meeks, said that the pictures that recently surfaced of her husband on a cruise kissing and cuddling a British model was the last straw that drove a “dagger through the heart” and prompted the decision to file for a divorce.
“He kept saying, ‘I’m sorry, you didn’t deserve this,’” Melissa Meeks told the Daily Mail, recalling what happened when Meeks returned home from the cruise after the images hit the public. “We talked about divorce. I told him I didn’t think the marriage could be saved. He agreed. The marriage is over.”

She added that she had “no idea” Jeremy Meeks was having an affair with Chloe Green, thinking that his trip abroad was work-related. And while she is obviously mad at her husband for cheating, she also called out Green for her part in the affair.

“I know it takes two to tango, but she knew he was married,” she said. “To me, that’s unforgivable. My whole world has been torn apart by this. What do I tell our children? My heart is broken.”
“What she did is unforgivable. And I’m angry at him, too. What they did destroyed my entire world. Did either of them think about the children and how this will affect them? They’re the innocent victims in this. And so am I.”
