Judge agrees to take DMX off house arrest if he goes to rehab

DMX is off of house arrest, as long as he goes into a treatment program.

According to TMZ, the judge said that as long as the Bronx rapper enters an inpatient treatment program, he can leave his house without wearing the ankle bracelet.

His attorney, Murray Richman, reportedly told TMZ that his drug addiction was becoming impossible.

All other bail conditions are in place while he is out on bond for his tax evasion case. He will still need to get permission in order to travel out of state, though it will not be an issue for him to travel to the treatment center.
