Toni Braxton is officially back, with the release of her new single, “Deadwood.”
“Deadwood,” which is the lead song on her upcoming album, Sex & Cigarettes, is the first new music we’ve seen from Braxton in the past seven years, and it’s clear to see that she’s sticking to what works here, with solid lyrics and gorgeous guitar.
The song was written with Royce Doherty, Kwame Ogoo, and “Love On The Brain” (Rihanna) mastermind Fred Ball, who also worked as producer for this track.
