The man is one of three people accusing the R&B singer of exposing them to herpes without disclosing his status, with two women also joining in the accusation against him. The suit against Usher was filed after a report surfaced stating that he had paid a settlement of $1.1 million to another woman that he had allegedly infected with the sexually-transmitted disease.

Quantasia Sharpton, one of his accusers, said that she and Usher had a sexual encounter at a hotel room around the time of her nineteenth birthday. The second woman claimed that she and Usher had two sexual encounters. The second woman also claimed that she had given birth to stillborn twins, TMZ reported.

However, Usher has reportedly denied “each and every allegation.”

“Any alleged conduct by defendant, which is expressly denied, was unintentional,” according to his filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
