Tamar Braxton‘s husband, Vince Herbert, has been ordered to pay Sony $3.7 million.

Sony had sued Herbert over an advance that they gave him in 2013 in which he was supposed to find new talent for them and pay them back through Interscope Records. However, Sony claimed that Herbert started keeping the payments from Interscope Records in October 2015, meaning Sony wasn’t getting the money they were promised.

Because Herbert failed to respond to the suit, a judge issued a default judgement, meaning Herbert was ordered to pay $3,738,515.93 to Sony, a number that also includes interest, according to TMZ.
