According to Variety, Beyoncé has reportedly just sold her three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom condo.
A corporate entity reportedly granted $9.95 million as their asking price, which means that Beyoncé and JAY-Z stand to make a big profit, having bought the condo for $5,091,000. The apartment was designed by French interior designer Jacques Grange and features such luxuries as countertops from Italy and marble floors from Brazil.
The decadent apartment in the luxury residence of One Beacon has reportedly been used as more of a crash pad for family members than anything else.
This move comes after the power couple just recently paid more than $90 million for a gigamansion in Bel Air.
