Tamar Braxton and her husband, Vincent Herbert, are selling their Calabasas, California, mansion.

The two of them have had multiple notices of default on the sprawling mansion, according to public record, and are now throwing in the towel, asking for $15 million in the sale of their home.

The couple paid $10.3 million for the 7 bedroom, 9 full and 2 half bathrooms home in 2013. The mansion includes a pool, recording studio, gym, home theater, spa, and other special features. It also has a parking garage that is capable of accommodating over 12 cars.

News of the sale of their home also comes after Herbert was forced to pay $3.7 million to Sony after settling over a lawsuit stemming from an advance he received from the company.
