Dwyane Wade is bringing a new reality show to Facebook.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star has partnered with Facebook’s Watch platform to bring the five-episode series, “BackCourt: Wade,” to his fans and give them a chance to peek into his life behind the scenes and off the court.

The series, which was produced by Bob Metelus Studio, will premiered on Monday, November 20, with new episodes premiering every following Monday.

“I’ve enjoyed partnering with Facebook to share some of my off-the-court moments in this five part series,” Wade said in a statement. “I hope by sharing some of these candid moments that it helps inspire others to follow their dreams, take risks, challenge yourself to get through life’s obstacles, and take the time to appreciate and enjoy the life you work so hard to build.”

The move comes as Facebook is trying to generate more interest in its long-form video platform. It has seen some success in other shows, such as “Ball in the Family,” featuring Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball, from Bunim-Murray Productions, which takes a look at Ball’s family off the court. With Dwayne Wade, Facebook is likely hoping to attract more viewers on sheer star power.
