A Georgia couple who were caught on film beating a restaurant owner and her teenage daughter over cold fried chicken have pleaded guilty.

Nathaniel Smith, 45, and Latasha Smith, 28, were both charged with aggravated assault and cruelty to children.

Surveillance cameras caught Latasha beating Jeanette Norris, the own of Qwik Chick back in June because they were served cold chicken and felt they did not get enough fries.

When Norris’ 15-year-old daughter got out of a truck to go to her mother’s aid, Nathaniel punched her in the face which sent her reeling backward.

The mother suffered a broken nose while her daughter got a concussion from the blow.

According to Norris, she had already refunded the couple’s money before Latasha began to get violent and beat on the store’s windows. Then she began to hit and slap Norris herself, which is when her daughter came to help and also got assaulted.

The mother and daughter both had black eyes after the incident.
