As fans continue to see how Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert‘s marriage unraveled on WE tv’s Tamar & Vince, an exclusive sneak peek provided to theGrio reveals that mixing business and pleasure was certainly a factor.

In a first look of the latest episode of the reality series, Tamar and Vince clash over Vince apparently not living up to his role as Tamar’s manager.

After Vince leaves in the middle of dinner to take a walk, he reveals he did so because Tamar was “frustrated.” The awkward part is that when Tamar decides to confront him on it—it’s in front of all her friends.

Tamar later reveals that she was upset with Vince for not showing up to her sound check and not informing her about scheduled news interviews.

“When Vince drops the ball…it puts a strain on our working relationship, and therefore, our personal relationship,” she says. “I think it’s in our best interest to make a change…now.”
