It looks like Trey Songz may want to take a break from the strip club.
According to TMZ, the singer is being sued by a woman who claims he assaulted her at Vanity Grand Cabaret in Philly. The woman, who purchased VIP tickets to meet Trey at the club, claims he smacked her phone out of her hand and into her face, breaking her glasses after she attempted to snap a photo in the parking lot.
She also insists he was being hostile and disrespectful to patrons throughout the night.
Now, she’s suing the star and the venue for $50,000.
So far, no word from Trey.
