It’s Official: Jordan Peele to executive produce CBS ‘The Twilight Zone’ reboot

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

We first heard that The Twilight Zone was going to be brought back when CBS CEO Les Moonves announced the plan during an earnings call a couple of weeks ago. The plan is to put it on their All Access streaming app and that in itself is exciting, but we now know that Jordan Peele will be co-executive producing the reboot.

The Twilight Zone will be produced by CBS Television Studios and other executive producers are Marco Ramirez, Win Rosenfeld, Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon. The first episode will see Peele, Ramirez and Kinberg collaborating.

“Too many times this year it’s felt we were living in a twilight zone, and I can’t think of a better moment to reintroduce it to modern audiences,” Peele stated.

CBS’ All Access already got a boost from Star Trek Discovery in addition to other already streaming shows,  No Activity, and The Good Fight and with this new show, they are sure to get even more viewers.
