On Saturday night, comedian Hannibal Buress was arrested for disorderly intoxication in Miami.

In a YouTube video, Buress can be seen yelling at the police as they try to take him in.

“What am I detained for? Explain what I am detained for,” Buress shouts in the video, which was posted by user Mitchell Wiggs. In the video, he can be heard stumbling over his words.

“You don’t have probable cause for anything and you look hella stupid right now,” Buress continues to shout in the video. “You know y’all are goofy as f–k.”

The officers explain that he was trespassing but will not say where or who was pressing charges, all while a crowd of onlookers gathers and shouts things like, “Free Hannibal Buress.”

While Buress was booked into jail after the incident, he posted the $500 bail shortly afterward, at just before 6 a.m. on Sunday.
