BEST WEEK EVER: Cardi B breaks Billboard record, slams Trump and snags first film role

The rapper says Trump has no soul.

Cardi B has been a busy B.

The reality star turned rapper, and fiancee to Offset, just broke another Billboard record. Last year the “Bodak Yellow” artist became the first female rapper to have three songs in the Top 10 in the same week.

And now Cardi B is the first woman with five songs in the top 10 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart at the same time. Wow.

The achievement even puts her ahead of Beyonce, who previously held the women’s record with four hits on the top 10.

This also makes Cardi B the third person artist to pull off the incredible fete, following Drake (who did it eight times) in 2016 and Kendrick Lamar in 2017.

Cardi B also scored another major milestone in her music career recently when she scored a performance slot on music’s biggest stage. She will be performing at the upcoming Grammy Awards in New York City on January 28.

Heading To The Big Screen

And as if the record-breaking success on the charts is not enough, rumors are swirling that Cardi B has signed onto her first film project.

According to reports, the “Bartier Cardi” singer will start work on her first flick in March although there are not further details about the movie or her role in it…for now. We’re guessing she will be raking in some serious coins for her big screen debut because she has reportedly declined several other lucrative offers.

Going In On Trump

In more news, Cardi B spoke out against President Donald Trump on social media this week and compared him to Hitler saying, “he probably wishes anybody who is not white death” when a fan questioned one of her retweets.

It all started when Cardi B retweeted a post that low-key wished Trump dead.

A follower called Cardi out, posting, “I know the man is most hated but why wish death on him sis?”

The rapper responded with a rant that explained her reasons for the retweet.

“Why? Because he is destroying people [sic] family breaking them apart, No mercy…why should I feel bad this man probably wishes anybody that is not white death. I bet if he can do what Hitler did HE FUC*ING WILL…so why should I feel bad before he sends this country too [sic] hell? This man is sooo thirsty to start war to kill thousands maybe millions of our soldiers and people from other countries FU*K HIM!!!!! This man have no soul HE DON”T FEEL BAD FOR ME NEITHER YOU!

Cardi B has been vocal about her disdain for Trump from the start, but this time, she held nothing back. Cardi called out Trump for having no soul, thirsting for war, and aspiring to be like Hitler.

We’re not sure why folks are so surprised that Cardi B is speaking her mind considering she has never been shy about calling out her haters and Trump is indeed the ultimate hater.

Wedding Plans Underway

Aside from her killer career, Cardi B has her hands full planning her ultra-luxe wedding to Offset. In October, She told PEOPLE that she has some pretty outrageous ideas for her big day.

“The world is not ready for it,” she said. “Everybody got to be wearing red and my bridesmaids are gonna be wearing suits, what’s good?”
