"Rocket" is the lead single from En Vogue's coming album, Electric Cafe.

En Vogue, just dropped a new video for their single, “Rocket,” the first release from their upcoming album, Electric Cafe. The album will be their first studio release in 14 years and we’re ready for their long-awaited come back.
The futuristic video for the iconic girl group was directed by Damien Sandoval and was shot in the El Mirage dry lake bed in California. “Rocket” was the #1 most added song at Urban AC radio this week and was penned by Ne-Yo and produced by Curtis ‘Sauce’ Wilson.

“It was really exciting shooting the ‘Rocket’ video…perfect theme to enhance the song,” says founding member Cindy Herron-Braggs.
“The look is futuristic meets sexy…a step into the future,” adds Terry Ellis.
“It’s such a pleasure working with a director that’s not afraid to come up with a concept that’s outside of the box and pays tribute to the music,” says Rhona Bennett.
Electric Cafe is due out March 30 and features work from some heavy-hitters including Ne-Yo, Raphael Saadiq, Snoop Dogg and Dem Jointz, and longtime producers, Denzil Foster and Thomas McElroy.

The upcoming release, Electric Cafe, is the first after a 14-year hiatus and En Vogue is just the right group to continue the recent resurgence of R&B that’s taking over the music industry.
Despite their long break, no one can deny the addictive lyrics and powerful deliveries these women are capable of and their influence has inspired countless female singers since their debut in 1990. En Vogue is still one of the best-selling American girl groups in history.
En Vogue is gearing up for an international tour that kicks off in April 2018.
