Donald Glover shines in trailer for new Star Wars movie
Solo: A Star Wars Story has its first trailer.
During the Super Bowl, the Star Wars movie showed off a TV Spot, and then on Monday morning, a full trailer debuted on Good Morning America.
We’re definitely excited about Donald Glover, who shines as a young Lando Calrissian. Glover embodies the swagger that the space ruffian had in the original Star Wars movies, which gives us hope for the prequel story to live up to the glory of its predecessors.
Thandie Newton also stars in the movie, though her role hasn’t yet been disclosed. She and Glover star alongside Alden Ehrenreich’s Han Solo. Woody Harrelson and Emila Clarke also star as Beckett and Kira, respectively.
