In a throwback post on Instagram, Kandi Burruss revealed that her face has been on a box of hair dye for the past two decades.

Dig deep enough and you’ll find the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s picture on a box of Optimum Care hair dye. The crazy part is Burruss modeled for that picture when she was only 18 years old.

Original Xscape member, Tamera Coggins-Wynn, is also the face of one of their boxes, according to People.

“Somebody tagged me & said they saw this hair color box in the store recently,” Burruss wrote on Instagram. “@tamera_wynn & I took these pics when we were 18yrs old… please tell me why #OptimumCare is still using 20yr old pictures on their boxes??? Y’all haven’t changed colors or packaging yet? #TBT”

One thing’s for sure, at 41-year old, Burruss looks amazing with any cut or color she rocks.

From Xscape to Xscap3

While Burrus and Coggins-Wynn are still close friends, the current Xscape story isn’t exactly one of unity.

Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris, La Tocha Scott and Tamika Scott are moving on without Burruss and have even changed their name to reflect that. The group has signed with CAA and changed their name to Xscap3, to represent themselves as a trio.

According to reports, the group will be dropping their next album, Here For It, on March 3. They’re also filming a documentary that will take a deeper dive into their past experiences.

Even though she’s not on the new project, Burruss has been nothing but supportive of her former bandmates.

“I want to send love to my girls #Xscap3 & congratulate them on the moves their making! I want everybody to know that there is no drama. Its still love with us. I support what they’re doing with the new music & I want y’all to do the same. Pre-Order their new EP “Here For It”. & also get your tickets to #EssenceFest2018 because we’re all coming together to rock the stage again! #xscape,” she posted on Instagram.
