It’s a wonder Lamar Odom is still alive after it was uncovered that he suffered 12 strokes and six heart attacks as a result of a drug overdose in 2015.

Odom took an ice bath and spilled the tea to Kevin Hart, on the comedian’s YouTube show.  If you recall, Odom had some dark times which led to an overdose at a Nevada brothel. The ex-NBA star opened up to Hart to have his own heart-to-heart talk about the near-death ordeal.

The ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian says after being found unconscious at Dennis Hof‘s Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada and being in a coma, he’s glad to be alive.

Odom had cocaine and opiates in his system at the time of the incident. According to Odom, the last thing he remembers before waking up in the hospital after his coma was being at the brothel. He didn’t realize he had been in a coma until Kardashian told him about it.

“All my doctors that see me say I’m a walking miracle,” Odom said to Hart as they sat in tubs of ice.

He also said he was thankful for Kardashian’s help on his road to recovery.

“It was big,” he said.

Odom said he’s now feeling great.

“Every day. I’m alive,” he told Hart.

What the Future Holds

Last month, the Queens native made headlines after he announced after signing a “global management contract” that he intends on moving to China to continue playing basketball.

“I feel so happy to be writing new episodes of my life in another country that’s so huge in basketball,” he’d wrote in a now-deleted social media message. “I am so grateful to have you all as my supporting fans through my ups and downs.”

Although Odom hasn’t played professionally since 2013, this latest move didn’t come as too much of a surprise to his fans given he told TMZ in April that he really wanted to return to the court with a team overseas.
