Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott buy $13.5M Beverly Hills home
Makeup mogul and reality TV star Kylie Jenner and her rapper boyfriend Travis Scott have bought a home together in Beverly Hills for $13,450,000 and they are splitting the cost, People is reporting.
The news comes eight months after the birth of the couple’s daughter, Stormi.
“Kylie and Travis’ new Beverly Hills home is spectacular,” a source told People. “It’s contemporary but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private.”
The lavish digs include a 2,300-square-foot master bedroom, multi-car garage, gym, massage room and more, according to TMZ.
The 9,000-square-foot house also includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, People is reporting. The property also includes a separate guest house and a pool. The 1.1 acre lot sits at the end of a cul de sac, according to People.
Jenner, 21, already owns four properties, the most recent one costing her $12 million, TMZ reports.
The newly purchased home was a steal, a source told People.
“They got a good deal,” the source said. “The house had been on the market for one and a half years.”

The news organization noted that as head of the $900 million makeup empire known as Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Jenner probably used some of her business prowess to lock in the deal with her 26-year-old beau.
“Kylie is a tough negotiator and businesswoman,” the source told People. “She wanted the house and got a good price for it.”
The source added, “They mostly bought it as an investment, but it seems they plan on staying there too.”
Jenner regularly buys and sells million-dollar homes and has spent about $40 million on property in the last couple of years, People reported. That figure includes the most recent purchase.
Until now, her primary residence has been a $12 million abode in Hidden Hills, Calif., that she bought in October of 2016, according to People.
