50 Cent (born Curtis Jackson) purchased the residence for $4.1 million in 2003 from former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson. No word yet on which charity will receive the windfall.

The 50,000 square foot property boasts 21 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms and features an indoor pool and hot tub, an indoor court, a green screen room, recording studio, full gym, indoor basketball court, conference room, and a night club, according to USA Today.

Bankruptcy documents from 2015 show 50 was spending nearly $70,000 a month maintaining the empty mansion, including property taxes and mortgage payments.

The Jennifer Leahy Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced the sale on Facebook, writing: “Closed! I’m proud to announce the sale of one of the most iconic homes in Connecticut. I was relentless and never stopped believing that I could get it done for my client- even when we got denied countless times.”

Leahy added that she was “thrilled for 50 and so pumped for the new owner.”

Proceeds from the sale will reportedly be donated to the musician’s nonprofit, G-Unity Foundation.

In related news, 50’s show Power took home three trophies from the 50th NAACP Image Awards Sunday night, including Best Drama Series.

A day before the awards show, 50 Cent made time to shade Wendy Williams, again. The talk show host is said to have fallen off the wagon after her husband’s alleged mistress gave birth to his daughter.
