Buzz about the romantic linking of comedian Tiffany Haddish and rapper Common after several sightings of the two together in recent months was finally confirmed by both parties.

On Friday, Common appeared on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” and spoke about his feelings for his new girlfriend.

“She’s a wonderful woman, a queen, and just a beautiful person, man,” said Common, who holds Grammy, Oscar and Emmy awards. “You know, I just care for her a lot, enjoy her, and am grateful to have her in my life. I’m happy.”

Prior to Common’s public proclamation, Haddish disclosed that they were dating during an appearance on the “Steve-O’s Wild Ride!” podcast on July 30.

“I’m in a relationship,” Haddish, 40, stated on the video podcast.

When podcast host Steve-O asked if her boyfriend was Common, 48, she confirmed it, while also comically addressing her new bald hair-do.

“Yes. We’re twins now,” Haddish quipped.

Haddish also said that her new beau likes her new look.

“‘You look so beautiful. I love it,'” the Girls Trip actress said of Common’s reaction to shaving her head.

The two met on the set of the 2019 film The Kitchen. What started as a friendship became more romantic following a well-publicized online date via the Bumble app in April.

Haddish dropped a hint of their romantic encounters during an Instagram Live conversation with Dwayne Wade and Gabriel Union, in which she revealed the two were quarantining together.

The comic expressed profound happiness in her life since she and Common got together, calling this “hands down the best” relationship of her life.

“I feel more confident in me, and it’s not him that’s doing it,” Haddish said. “I’m just way happier, and it’s like knowing I got somebody that cares about me, that really has my back. It seems like he does anyways. And I love it. I love him.”
