Get ready to see some HBCU love on your small screen thanks to the HBCU Homecoming Celebration on iHeartRadio and we’ve got an exclusive sneak peek at what’s in store.
The special features a number of inspiring events designed to shine a light on student excellence through an uplifting, high-energy celebration across multiple iHeartRadio platforms, showcasing HBCU pride, Black excellence and achievement. The star-studded celebration will welcome some incredible marching bands and performances by some of music’s biggest names.

The iHeartRadio Beautiful Possibilities event presented by Ulta Beauty will explore female entrepreneurship and the spirit of brand building. During the discussion, the panel participants will share their personal stories of success. The panel, hosted by Angela Yee, is an event that aims to uplift, inspire and pave the way for the next generation of Black women leaders and will be followed by a performance by singer and songwriter H.E.R. The full event will premiere Thursday at iHeartRadio’s YouTube at 3:00 pm ET.

The iHeartRadio HBCU Homecoming Party on the Yard, presented by McDonald’s through its Black & Positively Golden Movement, is hosted by DJ Envy and will feature a performance from global superstar Khalid. The event will also include special celebrity guest appearances from Lil Baby, Saweetie, and Big Sean as well as McDonald’s owner/operator interviews, legendary HBCU Homecoming highlights, and several special surprise moments. It will air across all iHeartMedia Hip Hop and R&B stations.and will be available on iHeartRadio’s YouTube at 5:00 pm ET.
